Hi, our Globe vDSL broadband internet hasn’t been working since May 24. We’ve been calling Globe’s customer service every single day since then and we’ve been told the same thing over and over again, that they’re going to do a follow up and coordinate the issue with their technical team or whatsoever, have it escalated... but there’s still no progress. We got the service just last April of this year and since then the connection has been intermittent, on and off connection. Is there someone I could talk to or email regarding the issue? .
