    Supposed upgrade turned disconnection


      I was offered an upgrade to my broadband last month. On May 29 techicians came and said they will be the one upgrading our connection. After they changed something in the box, we lost our internet connection. We were advised to wait within the day for the internet connection to come back. It has now been more than a week and we still do not have internet connection. I have been calling every single day for an update and was always been told that they would follow up and call us back but no one has ever come to fix or call us back for an update. Tis is the worst customer server I have ever experienced!
