    Charging a termination fee, while upgrading from broadband to Fiber optics


      We changed from a brand band subscription to a Fiber optics subscription.

      We are charged Peso 6723.08 to cancel the old broadband subscription.

      While it even shows NO LOCK-UP.

      Why does globe do this?


      We have been to the local globe office in Solenad Nuvali for 3 time already.

      Besides letting you wait they do nothing.

      No support, no help, no solution, just another bill after a lot of yes mam, yes sir.


      It is frustrating, paying a lot for the new fiber glass subscription, and being charge for the old line that has been disconnected.


      Who or what in Globe can solve this for us?
