I have a tplink modem. Lost internet 3 days ago and globe scheduled the tech visit 1 week pa. As per csr i have good internet signal. All lights on modem are green. We tried changing the PPP username and password but it is grayed out and cannot be edited. I tried hard resetting my modem. Still cant edit the PPP username and password. Getting an ip of 10.0.x.x PLEASE HELP!!!
You can call the hotline (02) 730-1000 and ask for your PPPoE credentials, please be reminded that they will be asking you security questions and you need to provide that in order for them to provide the credentials.
In your router/modem you may login as administrator by using the following credentials;
However you may change your PPPoE credentials without logging in as Administrator, however some CPE modem/router requires you to login as Admin.
