      hello po. May postpaid plan po ako. Na 3 months ko di binayaran with phone po, kasi yung nakaka irrita yung mga services nila. Ang laki n singil kaso di makabigay ng ensaktong service. Business permit po yung gamit ko for applying , di po ba ako makakasuhan?? OR di po ba ako makakakuha ng NbI clearance po?? Helppp

          All Postpaid plan has a binding contract. If you can't fully maximize the features of your plan or having issues, always reach out to their Customer Service to log a report. if in case they found out that the claim was valid, they might give some credits or waive some charges on your account. I am encouraging you to settle the balances or ask for payment arrangement if paying the bill is a burden. Securing an NBI Clearance is a different process and would encourage you to directly get in touch with their support team to inquire about it.
