    Not receiving volume boost for our internet plan


      Last night at around 10 pm I requested for a 20 GB volume boost for our internet plan, it told me that it takes 4 hours before it can process, so I waited until around 3 am to check if our internet speed went back to normal speeds, it did not, I requested a 20 GB volume boost again, and waited for another 4 hours. It's already 12 pm and it still hasn't processed yet. I tried calling customer service but was unable because there was an issue on their end. I can't afford another call because it took around 29 pesos of my load during the first call to customer service.
