Hi, question lng po about sa plan 1,499 ko with iphone 6.Na cut na po connection(call/text,data) ko kc nag exceed na dw sa usage then the next day nagbayad ako ng unpaid bill ko. The next day, may connection na uli, data and text/call pero bigla din nawala kc exceed na naman dw ako, how the fudge that thing happened? and I check my account, nka max na nga ung usage ko, wla pang 1 day ko nagamit un, wla pa rin 1 hour to think, max na agad.I just need to be assisted on this and find out about the cause of the error.Am I being hacked or something?Thank you.
