      I just want to ask if, you can still process my plan? I applied it thru online. Last week one of your representative trying to reach me but yours truly is in the office during that time and where not allowed to use phone. Besides, signal on either network here in my location is not that good mam. My apology, for this may cause you wasting your time in reaching me.
