    Paying without  good internet service


      I'm in 5years using globe broadband internet service.. But this past 3 weeks  we get unstable connection upto without connections at all and no phone dial tone at all.. I Already reported this matter many times and scheduled many times but my frustrations to fix this problem, and also no one show in every schedules they made.... 3weeks and almost a month no connections .and the bill came out ... Is there any thing do from the management to lessen our frustrations regarding the bill payment and fixing the internet connections.... The most affected now is my kids they can't do their research assignments .. looking forward for your action to this matter. Please and Thank you .
