    Payment unsuccessful but was still charged?


      Hello, where is your tech support? I just purchased from a game (dragonball legends) using globe telecom billing. So, what happened was: I didn't get the item I was purchasing, it says the payment was unsuccessful. However, I was still charged? I also have screenshots for this issue. What kind of logic did you put to your system? Please explain this globe.
