    I used to be able to make in-app purchases via DCB and I tried again and got the message "Your device is not provisioned for carrier billing".

      I tried to make an in-app purchase today and I got the error message "Your device is not provisioned for carrier billing" and said that I should contact my service provider. I tried contacting globe but I have yet to get a reply so I asked for googleplay support and they told me that I have no issues with my account and that globe is the one declining my purchase. They told me to do various things like going to the playstore and go into account and add other methods of billing but it only shows the debit card option.
