      when i got your service guys i had an issue with ur reps as well as ur service. Im so fedup na sa more than 100times of putting my phone to airplane mode just to get a decent service, service that i deserve for paying 2,500 monthly.. nakaksawa na, kapag tatawag ako puro ticket, walang nangyayari, i i spoke with a sup today na hindi man kayang ipagtanggol ang globe kasi she knew n tama ako, gusto nyo tapusin ko contract ko or kung ayaw ko na break ko ung contract but with penalty. Gusto nyo sundin ko contract ngaung kyo mismo hindi nyo kaya ifulfill ung commitment nyo to provide a good service. Check my usage and see if i deserve to pay that much money.  Hindi reliable service nyo.. Sana ausin nyo to or break my contract w/o  fee
