    Why should I pay for the pre termination fee when I am not satisfied with the service? It's not my fault.


      I am not happy anymore with the Globe service. I need to terminate my account with them but they are going to bill me with the pretermination fee. Why should they do that when I am not a happy customer? Will I decide to pre-terminate my account if I am happy with them?
