Sorry to hear that. The reason for the pre-termination fee, is that you agreed to sign a contract with Globe Telecom. Let me know what happened. Why are you not happy?
I just learned about the two year holding period. The agent did not inform
me about this. I just learned it recently when I called the customer
service. I don't like globe because everytime I test the speed of the
connection, it is high and yet when I use video call, the quality is very
low and the response time is very slow also. So I want to terminate my
account but can't because of the pre-termination fee. Also, I was not told
that whenever I upgrade, the holding period is renewed. I don't like it.

In every telco has it own pretermination fees. It is stated on the back portion of the Service Application Form before you fill-out. I/ We assumed that you read it and understand well the terms and conditions stated.
The two year contract is not my main concern. I have no problem with the
holding period and I have no problem with the customer service. My main
concern is the internet speed. I want to stop but I can't because of the
pre termination fee. If the speed is good, why should I stop?
