      Hi!

       

      Where can I check the status of my globe at home account activation? It was installed on Monday and I was told by the installation team that it would take up to 3 days. Today is the third day and it's still not activated. I tried calling customer service but I couldn't connect to someone because I don't have my account number ( Installer said that globe would contact me and provide me with the details).

       

      Help!
