try to call 7301300 and a customer service representative will help check your eligibility for recontracting. If you're eligible for recontracting, just choose your desired handset. If your chosen handset is available, it will be delivered to you within 24-48 hours (Metro Manila) or 3-5 days (outside Metro Manila).
You'll also need to sign a recontracting form to be given to the courier upon delivery of your handset.
