    Inconsistent details for Reconnection


      it has been 15hrs since I settled my account at 7/11 BGC ECPAY kiosk, *143# and your hotline didn’t work. It says wait for 2 hrs to receive electronic receipt and reconnection, then it became 4hrs, then within 24hrs. still the service hasn’t been reconnected and confirmation of payment still hasn’t arrived.


      how can I reconnect my line back, ASAP?
