      Hi i have a postpaid account with you guys and i have a bill overpayment and already requested a refund for it i was informed that it will only take 3 days for the refumd to be given to me it was filed july 3 2018 and until now there is no refund. Everyday i called for this and still there is no feed back. I already escalated this to NTC and i hope there is actions that are going to be done. The refund reqyested will be used for the hospital bill and umtil now no response from them i also semt an email to [email protected] and they are not responding anymore y case number is 115582038 and they cannot even provide me the turn arround time for the cheque to arrive since there is an approval on my refund already!!! This is not good bussines lobe is the worst company ever
