    Globe Broadband No Signal?


      Hi po, my broadband had no signal for months already. Went to globe center and talked to a customer service via phone, still problem unresolved. They said there will be onsite visit, but no one care to come. Tried to call globe hotline, but can’t pass through voice recordings. Now, I am receiving billings for me to pay. I ask already for adjustment but customer representative said it is valid charges. Question is, is it valid charges if the modem itself don’t have signal / red light shows??
