      Hello po... Need ko serious explanation from globe... Bakit po nireject ang application samantalang wla pa nmn po akong record sa inyo. Then nainstalled n po sya kahapon lng.. But then unverified prn ang landline til now at wla prn acc #

      I did made a phonecall via 730-1000, I entered the landline # but sabi ng nsa line phone number entered was invalid :/

          Hello po. Activatiom may take upto 5-10 business days po. Wait nalang po ninyo po. At kung wala parin po, saka nyo po itawag sa Customer Service.

              Issues daw po kasi nagkapareha yung email address sa form at yung email sa previous acc na di nkapangalan sakin.. Yun daw reason kaya naireject nila ang application upon verification kht naiinstalled na.

              Di nmn po nkapangalan sakin ang prev billing acc.. Ginamit lng email ko dun for payment online. 

              Pwede po ba magawang ng paraan pra maiapprove yung broadband application ko kht nkaconnect sa ibang acc ang email ko?

              Need help.
