    Disputed transaction


      Hi. Yesterday I made a purchase at an online merchant using my Gcash MasterCard. The transaction was declined but my Gcash account was still debited and I received the text showing the purchase like it went thru. A few seconds later, I received another text saying that my account had insufficient funds for the purchase. I called 2882 and the transaction number from the rep. She said they would look into the situation further and to call back at any time. I checked again with the online merchant and they insist the problem is with Gcash. I am now trying to call 2882 again to get more info but the wait time is 1 hour and its been 45 min or more since last night! Whats going on??? My money is in limbo until this is resolved and I refuse to use my Gcash card to make another purchase until this is resolved!
