    I’m being charged for Netflix which was already cancelled last year


      Globe started charging me Netflix even if my account was already cancelled last November 2017.  I keep on calling their hotline regarding this issue, and their agents always tell me that it should not reflect on the next billing. But it’s already July, and they still charging me. I also requested to reverse the charges, but until now they haven’t reversed it. I’m now planning to file a complaint to NTC.
