    Globe at Home prepaid intenet problems


      I was happily watching Netflix through my Smart TV using my Globe modem and now it wont work - i have plenty of data available and have gone through al the Netflix recommended checks and it tells me there is an issue with my internet connection or modem.  Any ideas?  Will i just have to try and get a new device?  According to Globe website that can take weeks!
