    First timer


      I received a text that says "Your mobile no. _________ was succesfully removed from your customer profile. Make sure to go through the KYC process to fully enjoy the benefits of mobile money."


      Then another text came in, "Thank you for going through the KYC process. blah...blah..."


      I don't get it. Am I KYC'ed already or not? the first text says my number was removed.
