Then another text came in, "Thank you for going through the KYC process. blah...blah..."
I don't get it. Am I KYC'ed already or not? the first text says my number was removed.
Did you go to a Globe store and ask for a KYC? I suggest that you call our GCash hotline, 2882 to validate.
