    Hi, globe. I would like to follow up on my application for the postpaid plan.


      I sent my application on July 12, 2018 and got a call the next day. I was told that the process would take 3-5 days but up until now I haven't heard from you yet. Your urgent response will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
