    Transaction History Mismatch


      I have been using GCash for two years now and this is the first time that I have checked my balance is not the same as the notification message I received. It is an app problem? A system problem? Weird to look at it because I have checked it with the GCash Messenger bot, Calling *143#, and even checking my Gcash app. Can someone tell me what's happening here? Is this a glitch or should I request for a refund?
