I have been doing online shopping for years, I sometimes use my Gcash mastercard for some of these transactions with Lazada. My question is here, why it is very hard for gcash users to have their REFUNDS credited to their account. Cancelled transactions with the merchant as big as LAZADA is inevitable and refunding should also be a breeze when using gcash, there is less papers in here because transaction logs can be accessed easily. I am having a hard time reaching facebook's Gcash Care, it takes forever for them to reply, as well as the Email support. My Gcash support ticket is sitting in there for weeks and my money to be credited back to my account for months already. This is unacceptable.
