I am posting this in connection to my previous post with the same topic last 29 July 2018.
I called customer service on 30 July 2018 and the customer service rep, Ram, helped me with the adjustment. I got a billing adjustment amounting to PHP354.77, which will reflect on my next billing statement. From my notes, the call ended at 10:27 am so it is around 10:20 am that I called CS.
I'd like to commend Ram for helping me and providing the assistance I needed. I hope that all Globe customer service reps would be as helpful as him. Thank you so much, Ram.
