      Hi,

       

      Please furnish me our monthly bill for the month....as I've got 2 confirmation email that I will be receiving the monthly bill via paperless billing but still never received anything only to find out that our line was disconnected.

       

      Can you please furnish me the bill ASAP for me to identify the cut off date for payment as I am working overseas, instead of just disconnecting the line without any prior bill.
