    No internet connection

      We dont have internet connection and our landline has no dial tone since august 3,2018. Our due date for payment is august 6. I payed yesterday and called 211 for reconnection. Until now we dont have internet connection and our landline cant be used. How can we request for a technical assistance to check our connection?
