I have been inquiring about a postpaid plan (Huawei Nova3i) that I recently applied to (August 6, 2018). I was using a Guest account in applying. But I did provide the necessary requirements and personal information being asked to me. Now, my concern is that nobody from the Globe Team has been contacting me. With this, I'm having doubts if my application went through your system or that it was actually filed. I am desperately in need of help at the moment.
