Same here. I just registered to SuperSurf pero nabawasan na yung regular load ko.

If you can try to turn on SurfAlert, please try to do so.
On the other hand, please report the incident to Globe through their channels at www.globe.com.ph/contactus
This is the same issue as mine.. I also subscribed to supersurf999 last August 2.. until now I still can't connect.. unless I subscribed to gs
