      Good day.. I just want to follow up on my online application for wifi. I've been making a lot of follow ups on email,texts and even calling the hotline but after waiting for 30 mins on the phone, there still no representative picking up my call. I hope i can get the answer the soonest time possible. My order tracking # was GLO-000500136. Thanks

              I still haven't recieve any response from anyone on globe. I also try sending messages to the messenger of globe,but still no clear reply regarding my concern. So i decided to make a new application and i hope this time it will have a positive outcome.
