You have the options to:
1. Wait for Globe to finish their maintenance
2. Ask for Globe if there are another service type available on your location. Maybe Wireless, DSL or if there are fiber lines available.
3. Ask for Globe to cut your internet connection as you don't have any internet. Also, if you have bills, ask to remove the days that you cannot use your internet connection. and move to another service provider.
Do the options sequentially .
May kausap na ko about the bill. But the main concern is maibalik internet service ko. Wala kasing ibang provider na pwede mag service sa area ko. Hope Globe tech will take action on this ASAP. Thanks
