      Gusto ko lng humingi ng tulong na maayos po ang service ko. Since 1 month and 4 days na po ako walang internet service. Nagstart ng July 12, and then nagkaroon ako ng net nung July 14 and 15 tpos nawalan ulit ng July 16 kaya tawag na naman ako to report na wala net and landline. Ang schedule ng repair nila July 19. Then na reschedule ng July 28 dahil sa bagyo sobrang tagal nung nakaopen na schedule. Kaya nagrerequest ako na baka pwedeng maagang mapuntahan and subject for approval pa din yung request ko. Nung una every 3rd day ako nagfofollow up sa Costumer Service ng Globe. Pero nung medyo sobrang tagal na halos araw araw na ko nagfofollow and same lang ang sinasabi nila network issue, renovation ng cable, sa kabinet na nagkaroon ng tubig at may kailangan palitan. Sinabi nila na nasa priority list na ako pero heto naresched ulit ang onsite visit ko Aug 8, tpos naging Aug 13. Halos naatay ko na din yung Aug 13 and same pa din hindi pa din naayos ang line ko. Halos naapektuhan na yung work ko kasi home base ang trabaho ko. Ang dami ko nag nakakausap sa kakatawag sa costumer sevice halos iba ibang tao wala p din nangyayari. Tapos nitong Aug 14 may nakausap na ako na susubukan nya na matulungan ako at babalikan  nya ako regarding may concern pero wala p din at naresched na naman ulit ang repair schedule ko ng Aug 24. Salamat po sa pagbabasa at sana may makatulong na po maayos ang internet and landline service ko.

          If that's the case. It's unfortunate that some areas are still being improved or renovated.

          You have the options to:

          1. Wait for Globe to finish their maintenance

          2. Ask for Globe if there are another service type available on your location. Maybe Wireless, DSL or if there are fiber lines available.

          3. Ask for Globe to cut your internet connection as you don't have any internet. Also, if you have bills, ask to remove the days that you cannot use your internet connection. and move to another service provider.
