My service has not been reconnected since my modem was changed due to the "account migration/upgrade".
I already called and raised this concern last 08/10/18, but my account is still in "Pending reconnection" status as per the agents I spoke with.
Multiple agents already escalated the concerns and multiple supervisors had promised to take care of the concern, but still the issue persists.
I am truly disappointed with how you handle issues like this. I don't think the account was upgrade, but downgraded. I don't feel like you guys are doing anything to fix this, thus, I am considering in disconnecting my services from you and change provider.
