    Problem with reconnecting my internet service


      My plan is 1299. I already paid my bill last Wednesday, August 15. I already request for reconnection yesterday, August 16. And Globe texted me this "Dear valued customer,

      Your request to reconnect your Globe At Home is being processed.

      For requests received from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, internet services will be back in 2 hours. If you have a landline connection, this will be restored in 4 hours.

      For requests received from 8:01 PM - 7:59 AM, please expect to be reconnected by 10:00 AM.

      The Globe At Home Team". But until now, i don't still have internet connection. What happen? Can someone please respond to me ASAP!
