    Why can't I restart my Netflix membership?


      I stopped using Netflix for 2 months, and now I want to use it again. In order to do that, I have to restart my membership via globe telecom billing. But, it says they are unable to use my number for billing. I don't think I can use any other Globe offers because those are for fresh memberships. Why is this happening and what do I do?
