    Assistance for Termination


      I would like to ask for an assistance regarding for termination of the postpaid Plan: LTE 1299 10m 50 G ALL DAY account no 877386781 Start date: 8 - 15 - 2018 I applied for wireless broadband which I can bring anywhere and the agent of Globe Telecom Butuan Ms. Aira Tamayo gave me a different one which is Home broadband, I already signed the contract due to trusting her that I could bring the modem anywhere and assured e there is a signal in the location which I told her, when I tried to connect to my workplace I cannot even got a single signal detected from the modem. I tried switching it off and on still I did not get a signal. I don't like the notion of I was been tricked, SCAMMED because I am a proud subscriber of Globe yet now it happened to me recently.
