i am a broadband subscriber for a year now and wanted to add an additional line however an agent told mw i have an existing postpaid plan which I DO NOT KNOW. I didnt sign up for postpaid plan yet. only for Broadband. what should i do. I want to add an additional line. And i am not paying for something i didntbsigned up for. Please help!
I'm sorry to hear that. If this is the case, you have to proceed to any of our Globe store and present an affidavit of denial, plus a valid ID for verification. It's possible that someone else used your name or it may be an old account of yours.
