    My new SIM for my new post paid plan is still not yet active.


      I got my post paid phone on August 18 and after 5mins an agent called me asking for my sim’s serial number And said that it will take 24-48 hrs for it to be activated. It’s over 48 hrs now and I have been restarting my phone for 100 times and still got no mobile network. What is happening?
