Internet Connection is shuts down 8 times a day. The broadband got set up 3 days ago. Already talked to your Customer Service Specialist. They've sent a Technician today to fix it but the Technician only checked the box. They said there's nothing wrong but after checking it today, I'm still having the same issue.Would it better to just cancel my subscription and get a full refund since its just my 3rd day of having the subscription. I think that I'm still covered by the warranty . I've been calling Customer service since the 1st day it was set up for having the same issue.Its already the 3rd day and no one is seem to fix the problem. Im just frustrated as I am working homebased so I need to have a working internet.
