    Complaint on Negligence


      I would like to file a complaint against a Globe representative named Adrian for his negligence. Despite calling me multiple times regarding my application for a second line, he did not tell me that I need to send a scanned copy of my credit card, authority to deduct and proof of ID. Because of this, the delivery of my handset has been unduely delayed. His last call was September 3, but I was only able to learn about the said requirements through @talktoglobe twitter on sept 6.
