    Load expiration


      why is that my load expired 2hours earlier from its expiration time. It is supposed to be expired around 20:20 tonight yet i already recieve a confirmation around 8:23pm that its already expired. Ive lost almost 8g of data from my previous subscription which i earn for a month through continues loading. Can some one help me regarding this matter. Thank you in advance

          Hi, Ahllan. Sorry for this inconvenience, but our system will always depend on the timestamp of your promo registration in our system. Can we double check your promo registration and the communicated expiry date?
