    No Email Confirmation After Placing COD Order Online


      My father placed an order for an additional line last September 10. We received a call last September 13 verifying the plan availed. On the same day, we were told that the application was approved yet we never got any tracking or any email copy of the order. We're kind of worried that the order did not go through. We went to a globe store here in SM GenSan and we found out that there aren't any notation or interaction notes regarding that outbound call made by one of your folks last September 13. They also said we were not created with a new account under the existing account. I hope someone can enlighten us with this issue as this is becoming frustrating on our part. Our online shopping experience has never been this difficult until we placed order with Globe.
