    I'm subscribed for no-lock up plans. Why will you put me on 2-year contract if I will downgrade my service???


      Hi! I subscribed for globe broadband with no-lock up wherein I pay you guys Php4500 upon installation. Now, I requested to downgrade my service from 1699 to 1299 plan because I'm not a heavy data user. Why are they (CS) saying that I will be me on a 2 year contract if I will downgrade my service? I pay you upon installation for no-contract plan. That means, I'm free to do any changes anytime I want. If that's the case that you will put me on a 2-year contract then just refund me back the modem fee of Php 4500.
