      Hello I've been experiencing  a VERY slow internet speed these past few days,Im using Globe at home broadband,after the typhoon hit us.I am here in Baguio.and yes I've checked the hardware for damages.I have FULL signal status,But currently my average speed the past few days is 50-KBPS maxing at 120 KBPS when its around midnight.Before the typhoon hit I got 800-KBPS average and 9 MBPS max if its around midnight.I just wanted to ask if anyone could tell me if this is happening all around Baguio or if its just me.I cant get through to globe customer service because it keeps saying the account number im giving is incorrect.but it is correct,I guess this is due to our account being new and that they have not yet updated their database.
