    MyAccount, Enrolling postpaid number "invalid mobile number"


      My postpaid number is currently active for 1 year and i just now thought of making an accout. i made a myAccount profile and when i tried to enroll my postpaid number to see my bills, it said "ïnvalid phone number". my number is definitele a globe postpaid number. how do i get around this problem? thank you!
