I updated to ios 12 two days ago and Globe suddenly disconnected my line saying the system detected “fraud”. I have been a subcriber for 8 yrs, never missing a payment and not even consuming what I pay for. All the people I talked to are USELESS. One CSR I spoke with said I should go to the Globe Tower in BGC. When I got there, thEy said I should go to the Madison ofc. The rep there said someone from will call me but of course, nobody did. I am so pissed with globe right now.
