I was called and offered by globe outbound sales a mobile postpaid plan on September 14, got approved and told that they are scheduling the handset delivery on September 19. But I never got a text or call for any update regarding the delivery. I called the hotline and said the delivery is marked as attempted failed due to bad weather. I even told them that if they were not able to deliver it here, I can also pick it up at the nearest globe center. I was hoping and thinking that I deserve to receive an update. I've waited for 2 days, I cancelled all my plans those days, I've waited for them. Does texting me a piece of word that they cannot delivery the handset on that day is so much? Hope someone can help me fix this.
