    Samsung galaxy s4 on Post Paid Re-contracting


      HI everyone,


      I choose to recontract with globe. But recently it has been frustrating that there has been no update on my recontracting application for a Samsung Galaxy S4. What is happening? Why is this happening?


      We were told by all the agents that there are units available. I am wondering why is there no feedback. Why does it seems that they are not fxing the problem? It has been a week since I applied for it. We were assured of the unit by the 22 and it is aready the 26th. What has happened? 


      CAN SOMEBODY FROM GLOBE ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. We were always told that everytime we called we will be given a some kind of feedback. But there has been none.
