    Home Broadband was installed yet activation is taking weeks!


      My Home Broadband was installed last Sept.14,2018 and up until now it is not yet activated (more than a week passed!). I have rang multiple times and all I get are broken promises that they are going to resolve the issue. Do you guys think I should cancel my plan and request for a refund? (btw we paid the installation fee in cash). It seems that phone calls and email are not working for this kind of issue.
